FINGER RINGS SIZING
Please note ring sizes may differ in different designs. Rings with wider bands will fit a bit tighter. So you can go up a size when purchasing a wide design ring. In addition, make sure that your finger is at its normal size before taking your measurements.
Method 1: Using a piece of paper strip or thread.

First, take out a piece of the paper strip, string, ribbon, or thread, and wrap it around where you wear your rings.
Second, when the paper strip starts to overlap, make the mark with a pen or pencil.
Third, measure the length you have marked with a measuring tape or ruler. Thus, you’ll get the inside circumference of rings and then Convert the measurement to the appropriate ring size, using the ring size chart below.
Method 2: Using a ringthat fits you.
To measure the ring size using a ring that fits, you will need the following:
First, measure the internal diameter of the ring (that’s the hole inside the ring, excluding the metal).
Second, write down this measurement, and use the conversion chart below to find your ring size.

Compare your finger measurement to the chart below, and

WAISTBEADS SIZES
Depending on how you want to wear your waistbeads, you can measure yourself above your navel, just at your navel or right above your hips.

Use a tape measure and measure against your bare skin, not over clothing, without sucking in your stomach. You shouldn’t hold the tape loose nor too snug. Think about where you want to wear the beads.
Order multiple strands in ½ increments and wear them stacked for a great layered look.
If you are not sure of your waist size, take a look at the U.S Standard sizing chart below.
