How do I know if my order was successful?
You will get a confirmation mail saying “Your Order is successful” This mail will also contain your order number, order status, your shipping address and estimate shipment date. You can affect any change to your shipping address or recipient phone number by replying to the mail sent. Take notice that a change in shipping address may attract an extra fee.
Example: “CHANGE ADDRESS to No 4, Stone Street, Lekki, Lagos” or “PHONE NUMBER to 08111111467”
You can also reply to the mail where you want a later delivery date.
Example: “LATER DELIVERY DATE- 14th February 2022”
How do I track my order?
After the order has been processed. A mail may be sent to you to help you track your order. Input the tracking number to know the current location of your package.
Are your crystals natural?
Yes! We deal in natural crystals. We do not sell fake, acrylic or imitation. If for any reason we have an acrylic, resin or glass pendant, you will be duly informed and an adequate description given.
Do you sell synthetic crystals?
We sell synthetic crystals. The likes of Opalite, Tiger Skin, Cherry quartz, Goldstone, watermelon stone are the synthetic stones you will find on our website.
How do I identify a synthetic and natural crystal on your website?
To identify synthetic stones on our website, kindly read through our description. We will not fail to mention what type of pendant you are choosing.

Are you a certified crystal healer?
No! I only sell crystals because I love them. I am not so knowledgeable with some terminologies but I make recommendations based on research.
Do you ship outside Nigeria?
We ship outside Nigeria. Kindly check our shipping rates to know the cost of shipping to your location.
Can I make an order and request delivery at a later date?
Yes! You can make an order and request a later delivery date. Kindly inform us in the delivery note or you reply “LATER DELIVERY DATE- 14th February 2022” (just a sample)to the confirmation mail sent to you after purchase.
Do you make custom crystal bracelets?
Yes! We make custom bracelets and their prices vary. Kindly write a mail to hello@charisgems.com with the subject “CUSTOM BRACELET”. Input your crystals prescription in the subject. A mail will be sent to you informing you about the availability of your prescription. Invoice will be sent to you alongside account details where your prescriptions are available.
Can I request guidance where I do not know the choice to make?

Is there a pickup option on the website and how does it run?
There is a pickup option at check out. While confirmation mail is being sent, a pickup address, time and phone number will be shared in the mail. Same day pick up may only be possible on Saturdays.
The Crystals on your website look great but your prices are low, how can I be sure I will receive a quality gemstone?
All our stones represent good value for the money. We guarantee our description will be as accurate as possible. We take original pictures of every gemstone. We guarantee that the gem you see is what you will get.
Why do similar gemstones have different prices?
The value of a gem is determined by type, size, color, clarity, rarity, and popularity. Even small differences in the hue or the intensity of the color can make a big difference in price. These same small differences in clarity and cut can also create substantial price differences in gemstones. This does not change the benefit of the gemstone. You can be assured that all our stones represent good value for the money.
